In the afternoon of 16th January 2020, China Forestry Treasury Center Company Limited (“CFTC”) held a syndicated loan signing ceremony. The Chairman of the Group was invited to attend the event. Far East International Commercial Bank (Hong Kong Branch), China Everbright Bank (Hong Kong Branch), Hua Xia Bank (Hong Kong Branch) are the Mandated Lead Arrangers and Bookrunners and Ping An Bank (Hong Kong Branch) are the Lead Arrangers for this four-year syndicated loan.
At the signing ceremony, Mr. Daniel Cheng, Chairman and Managing Director of CFTC, expressed his appreciation for The Group and other financial institutions’ support. This is the first syndicated of CFTC, the earned and accumulated experience is a beneficiary to our future development. It is also strengthen our foundation as well as having the meaning of milestone.
The Chairman of the Group said that the Group places great importance to this syndicated loan project and provide guarantees as credit support to all CFTC’s financial activities. He also mentioned that he hopes to establish a fruitful and long-term cooperative relationship with members of banks and create win-win situation for financial counterparts.
